 Greater Downtown Business/Property Resource Center
 Located in the SDRA office, the Greater Downtown Business Resource Center serves as a one-stop source for development and financial tools to aid existing and potential business and property owners with business start-up, expansion, relocation and improvement. Resources include available space and property listings for both SDRA target corridors and Greater Downtown Savannah; local city codes and ordinances; information on local, state and federal loan programs, financial and technical incentives, and business development tools available through the City of Savannah, partner agencies and SDRA.
